I enjoy being able to walk and bike to the park which is six blocks away from the apartments and contains a zoo, botanical gardens, hiking paths and children and adult picnic and playgrounds, as well as a fishing lagoon.

I work in a restored warehouse building which combines commercial and condo units. I work and live in a downtown collar neighborhood, I get to take advantage of all of the riverfront celebrations as well as daily exercise at the Riverplex which is halfway between home and work.
